MRS. ANNETT TITZE-BLOCK
FOUNDER & CEO
With over 40 years of experience spanning real estate, property management, and sustainability, Mrs. Titze-Block has cultivated a diverse and accomplished career.
From her early roles as a Sales Associate, Auditor, and Office Manager to her 14-year partnership in a construction and property maintenance business, Annett has amassed valuable industry knowledge. In 2008, she embarked on an extensive real estate career, acquiring numerous licenses and certifications, including a Florida Sales Associate Real Estate License, a Florida Broker License, and a NAR GREEN designation.
As the owner and broker of Florida Connects Incorporated since 2011, she provides training and consulting services to real estate agents in Florida. Since 2019, Annett has also worked as a Real Estate Marketing Mentor and published a successful book targeted at real estate professionals.
